The We Are ILL MS team sought a partner with the expertise to produce and manage their virtual events. Their priority was to find an agency capable of creating an exceptional experience for attendees, allowing them to remain hands-off while ensuring that every aspect of the event was handled professionally and effectively.

We Are ILL collaborates with MS care providers, patient advocacy organizations, healthcare institutions and pharmaceutical companies to serve its community of Black women living with multiple sclerosis.
With these impactful partnerships, We Are ILL is able to educate, inform and engage with its community through powerful experiences.

During virtual events, attendees had the opportunity to learn from industry experts and professionals, engage with one another, and participate in polls. They were also encouraged to ask questions, allowing for direct interaction with the experts and fostering a more engaging and informative experience.

We Are ILL, MS has successfully hosted 1 full day of programming and 2 short-form event series with our seamless producing behind the scenes. They are consistently able to show up for their community with ease because we manage the following:
- Creating and branding webinars
- Developing pre-show and outro content
- Managing audio, video, and chat interactions
- Facilitating Q&A sessions and polls
- Crafting the official run of show
- Leading technical rehearsals
- Providing live troubleshooting
- Developing a prep-sheet for speakers
